Personal data protection and GDPR

Let us inform you this way about the processing of personal data by our company. Our information takes into account recent changes to the European Union’s data protection legislation (GDPR) and explains how we collect, store and process your data.

INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The company NO2DIRT s.r.o., with its registered office at Vinohradská 29/93, Prague 2 – Vinohrady, post code 120 00, ID: 06522041, as a personal data controller, hereby informs about the way an scope of the processing of personal data, including the scope of data subjects’ rights related to the processing of their personal data by the company NO2DIRT. The company NO2DIRT processes
personal data in accordance with the European Union legislation, especially with Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, then also in accordance with international agreements by which the Czech Republic is bound, especially in
accordance with the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data no. 108 published under no. 115/2001 Coll. of international agreements, and then in accordance with relevant national legislation, especially Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection and on amendment of some acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “PDPA”).

Purpose and scope of personal data processing by the company NO2DIRT:
The company NO2DIRT only processes accurate personal data obtained in accordance with PDPA, while this personal data is collected and processed by the company NO2DIRT only for the specified purpose, in the below stated extent, for the period of duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently one year after its termination, or for the period of one year if no contract is concluded.

Basic purposes of personal data processing by the company NO2DIRT:

• performance of the contract and provision of services;
• ensuring operational activities;
• accounting and tax purposes;
• collection of receivables;
• compliance with a legal obligation;
• marketing (information and product campaigns) of the company NO2DIRT;
• protection of property and persons.

Scope of personal data processing by the company NO2DIRT:
The company NO2DIRT processes personal data in the following scope: identification data: degree, name, surname, entity name, identification number; address data: address of the entity’s registered office, delivery address or other contact address, supply point address, telephone, e-mail address; other personal data: bank account number, bank name.

Sources of personal data:
The company NO2DIRT obtains personal data especially from data subjects within the context of the contract conclusion negotiations, the company NO2DIRT always informs the subjects on when the provision of personal data is necessary for the provision of the specific service and when it is, conversely, voluntary but the provision of such personal data will make mutual communication between the data subject and the company NO2DIRT easier, as well as make the provision of the services significantly more efficient. Moreover, the company NO2DIRT obtains personal data from public records, from public authorities or on the basis of special legislation.

Rights of data subjects:
A data subject is entitled to request the information on the processing of its personal data, on the purpose of the personal data processing, on the scope or on the personal data categories which are the subject of the processing, on the sources of personal data, on the nature of automated processing, on the processors, on the recipients or categories of personal data recipients. The company NO2DIRT shall share the requested information without undue delay. If the data subject finds out, or if it assumes, that the company NO2DIRT performs the processing of personal data which is in contradiction with the protection of private and personal life of the data subject, or in contradiction with the law, the data subject is entitled: to ask the company NO2DIRT for explanation; to require that the company NO2DIRT remedies such occurred state; the data subject is in particular entitled to require blocking, correcting, adding or disposal of personal data.

The company NO2DIRT always informs the data subject about the processing of its request without undue delay. The data subject has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with its initiative at any time.
